Our Role

  • Work with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal etc. to create, lead, or support high-priority projects
  • Develop (sourcing, exploring, framing, vetting, etc.) new partnerships with inbound partners or with alliances and strategic partner prospects
  • Structure and negotiate agreements
  • Develop and maintain the partner strategy by researching and analyzing the product, customer, and market needs and then partnering with the product area leadership and regional leads to identify and develop partner-centric initiatives that will create a large impact
  • Work with senior leadership and decision-makers to explore, frame, and operationalize partnership strategies (e.g., engagement models, gives/gets or one-of-few/several/many partnerships, scaled vertical programs)
  • Support the Campaign Management team by making the recommendation on media with profitable deliveries and maximising revenue

Our Requirement

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in computer science, business administration, or adjacent fields
  • 2 years of business development, partnership, or sales experience in the technology space
  • 2 years of experience leading global, strategic projects or partnerships that involve working with cross-functional teams and building relationships with partners and customers
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently and idiomatically
  • 2 years of experience in business development, partnership, sales, product management, and/or software engineering
  • Background in software engineering or product management
  • Ability to plan and lead at both the strategic and operational level
